Security guard shoot man inside Lesedi FM building

Bloemfontein: A man has been shot and wounded after he was found inside the SABC building in Bloemfontein in the early hours of sunday morning.

According to SABC Free State Regional Operations manager Mandla Mbusi, when a security guard come from patrol, he saw a man through the security cameras from the control room on the studio side.

The officer investigated the apparent security breach and that is when the intruder fought with guard.

The officer called for a backup and the intruder was shot. Police were then called in.
