Bloemfontein: Lesedi FM radio presenter and socialite Motseki “Ba2cada” Leine will appear at the Bloemfontein Regional Court in the Free State on Monday 29th March to further face charges relating to tax fraud.

Leine is accused of submitted false VAT returns worth more than R1,7 million between 2014 and 2018. He was caught by the Hawks after the South African Revenue Services reported him to the authorities over suspicions of fraudulent activities.
He is currently out of jail on R5 000 bail.
Leine earlier responded to his arrest and said he will prove that he does not make a lot of money as it has been alleged.
He conceded that he has issued tax returns and added that
“Unfortunately as young business people this is the challenge that most of us face with the tax man,but these shouldn’t scare anyone to enter into business…We are all going to pass the stage where you will be forced to have an accountant responsible to account for any single cent that you have or spend,This too shall pass….Its a trend, but not an excuse….I just have to prove to them that I don’t make a lot of money through my hussles like they allege, nothing personal.”
Multitudes of his supporters on social media showed their support with many lambasting criminal justice system over privilege white businessmen get compared to blacks.
